Shoes Processing on January 6- processed over 2,000 pairs!
Hi friends,
Thank you very much for all those who were able to join us at our first shoe processing event of the year on January 6. With lots of volunteers, we were able to process over 2,000 pairs of shoes. Shoes not only provides comfort and protection from the environment, but they also prevent many types of foot problems. With over 57,000 homeless individuals in the Greater Los Angeles area, the need for shoes is tremendous. We are so pleased to be able to provide these shoes, free of charge, to the homeless and those in need.
